The brief
What it needed
SkyGate-NHJ needed a formal opening for about 120 guests, including the Penang Chief Minister and partner CEOs, then a factory tour in the afternoon. Two sessions, two guest list, and no room for a slow hand-over.

- Coordinated VIP arrivals, protocol and movements
- Built a custom registration system with guest and committee views
- Ran registration, programme flow and crew on the day
- Moved guests smoothly from the morning ceremony to the factory tour
Scope
- End-to-end planning and project management
- PR and liaison with the Chief Minister's Office
- Vendor, crew and stakeholder coordination
- Digital registration system
- Production and technical coordination
- On-site operations and troubleshooting
