The brief
What it needed
Fiamma wanted a premium annual dinner for 350 guests: smooth from the door to the last draw, and more engaging than a standard programme.
What we ran
- Planned the dinner end to end, with hotel liaison and a site recce
- Created the key visual and creative direction
- Wrote the agenda and run-sheet, and coordinated the live band
- Built QR registration and the lucky draw system
- Ran the Best Dressed award in an app: nominations first, then the vote
- Ran registration, the draws and the Best Dressed segment on the night
