The brief
The problem
Riverview runs estates across Malaysia. Payroll for full-time and part-time workers was done by hand, with MPOB rates that changed by role and estate, and the Board only saw performance at month end.
What we did
- Visited estates to map each payroll process
- Built a cloud system with MPOB wage presets per role
- Automated attendance, payslips and overhead reports
- Gave the Board live performance reports from every estate
- Trained the person in charge at each estate
