The brief
The problem
Roadshows ran at many outlets at once, and coordination ran on WhatsApp. Answering one client question, "has everyone arrived?", meant messaging over 100 promoters.
What we did
- Spotted the problem on the ground and proposed the fix ourselves
- Planned, built and deployed the system in one week
- Gave promoters a simple clock-in and clock-out
- Gave managers live arrival status across every outlet
