The brief

The problem

Pokka's Buy & Win for Vitaene C Extra: buy one, key in your details, upload the receipt. Entries came in by microsite and WhatsApp, so the same receipt could be used twice.

What we did

  • Joined as a core member of the execution team
  • Proposed two ways to enter: a microsite and WhatsApp
  • Brought both channels into one central backend
  • Built automatic duplicate detection, so admins spot repeats at a glance
  • Kept entry easy for less tech-savvy shoppers, and the data clean for the client's reports
