The brief
What it needed
Malaysia Airlines wanted its MATTA Fair booth to pull crowds and keep them there, with several vendors and approvals to manage on a fixed timeline.
What we ran
- Coordinated multiple vendors, timelines and approvals
- Delivered an AI photobooth using Google Gemini Veo 2
- Set up, tested and ran Meta Quest 3 VR devices
Scope
- Built the AI photobooth, working closely with the Google Gemini team
- Visitors typed a dream destination and picked one of 3 AI backgrounds
- Took their photo on the chosen background, with a soft copy and a printed copy
- Built the AI videobooth: photos uploaded by QR, turned into video automatically
- Built a backend to approve each video for the big-screen collage or slideshow, filtering out distorted or off-topic results
